Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on sale items.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@nadiaskye.co.nz. Please note that return will need to be sent back to Wellington, New Zealand.
If you change your mind, the return of goods will need to be organised by yourself. Please contact us at info@nadiaskye.co.nz and we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is for a faulty item, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will then refund or replace the item as per your request. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and faulty items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@nadiaskye.co.nz
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a will exchange the item for the new item. Extra charges may apply. Partial refunds are done through an e-voucher.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
